Many users often "copied" pictures from other users (from Skyscrapercity, Skyscraperpage, DAF, Urbanity.es and other forums) without giving credits. We do not like this, not only because of the copyright rules but mostly because it's just not fair not giving the credits for someone pictures.
For this reason we created a very simple import function at Urbika which saves the original supplier of the content. Because of this we can exactly see who originally posted the pictures.
How does this work?
1. At the forum (like Skyscrapercity) copy the URL where the post(s) you want to copy is on
2. Go to the applying project at Urbika
3. Swith to the images tab and click on Import images at the top right of the page
4. Insert the Forum URL
5. Now check the images you want to copy
6. Click on submit and your done!
Tip: be sure that the other forum members are ok with importing pictures. If they join Urbika they can put all their imported picture on their own account.

This feature is very handy, but there's one flaw, and that is that if one wants to import an image related to a project that is stuck in amongst a load of other photos unrelated to the project, but in the same post on SSC, one has to import them all and delete all of the unrelated photos.
Would it not be possible for us to import images from a post as we currently can, but before they're posted to the project's Images section, an extra screen comes us where we can untick each individual photo we don't want, and then finally save them to the Images section?

That refers to the comments from people that are registered here as well, i thought you made it possible to copy comments from just any user on forums as skyscrapers and a like?

We are working on a feature that gives the original poster to possibility to automatically put every quote on his or her account. I don't know if a original url on the quoted forum is necessary?
